At GRUPO PACC we are aware that there is an imbalance between the presence of women in the insurance sector and the management positions they hold. For this reason, we have launched a campaign focused exclusively on women to strengthen their business presence within the insurance sector.
Personal motivation, the desire to start a project of one’s own and the determination to consolidate it over time are the main reasons that lead them to embark on an adventure that brings great personal and professional satisfaction.
We draw on the experiences of women entrepreneurs, most of them mothers, who share passion, vocation and responsibility within the business world. Today, our PACC WOMAN members represent 36% of our total number of Franchises.
