    Our main distribution channel

    When we founded our company on 14 February 1991, we already had a clear vision of distribution through External Partners.

    To achieve this, we equipped our branches with an administrative team dedicated to supporting and providing service to the Sales Network.

    At the same time, we began documenting the company’s processes and products through the appropriate manuals.

    We developed our own ERP, called PACC ON LINE, with the idea of creating an “Integrated Business Centre” that would enable our Sales Network to manage clients, policies, receipts and claims, together with management statistics. This allowed us to expand and reach a greater number of clients throughout the National Territory through a highly extensive network.

    Our value proposition focuses on providing our Partner Network with the technical and human resources necessary to be more efficient than the competition.

    In addition to central services, we offer a close and dedicated team that includes Account Executives, Sales Managers and Directors to meet all their needs.
